Archbishop Elpidophoros met with The Bahamas Deputy Prime Minister, Peter Turnquest, and President of Grand Bahama Port Authority, Limited & Port Group, Ian Rolle. His Eminence visited neighborhoods destroyed by Hurricane Dorian first-hand and surveyed the area by air. Archbishop Elpidophoros met with workers reconstructing a house damaged by the hurricane, offering them water. Water has become a precious commodity on some of the islands since the hurricane.
